Joe Hoye is 29 years old and born and raised in Vermont - Joe started Hoye Fit out of what he saw as necessity. No diets had personally worked for him or the friends and family I had around him.
After figuring things out on his own through nearly a decade of trial and error Joe decided to begin fast tracking the results of the loved ones around him. Word quickly spread through his small town that he had the ‘secret’ to lifelong results that everyone was searching for. (That secret is making fat loss and health fit inside a lifestyle you love, rather than fit your lifestyle around fat loss.)
Joe is not only a mindset specialist but also a master at unlocking the untapped mental strength that resides within everyone. He empowers individuals to harness this strength and seamlessly integrate it into their daily lives.
He prides himself on two things:

Never being the quick fix, but always being the fix.
I'm known as "Kait," short for Kaitlyn Ann, inspired by my grandmothers Katie and Ann. Originally from the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina, I adore its fall beauty. My hobbies include working out, hiking, and spending time with my dogs Phill and Hank.
My journey in fitness began early, influenced by sports, particularly basketball. College revealed my lack of nutritional knowledge and sparked my pursuit of a Nutrition degree. After 5 years of study and a 2,000-hour internship, I became a Registered Dietitian. I also hold an L1 Nutrition Certification from the Nutrition Coaching Institute and am a certified group fitness instructor.
My passion lies in helping others achieve their healthiest and happiest lives. I embrace the concept that "food is medicine," aiming to empower women to enjoy food, avoid chronic disease, and counter diet culture lies. As Head Coach for Hoye Fit, I'm living my purpose, making a positive impact on lives.
Carissa is a peanut butter chocolate lover from Ontario, Canada. Carissa has been involved in the fitness & nutrition space for over a decade from coaching CrossFit, personal training, and nutrition coaching.
Carissa went through her own body image and nutrition challenges leading to her struggling with restricting and then bingeing on food. Carissa wants to help her clients and community feel less overwhelmed and confused about food. She wants to help undo the decades of damage that diet culture has done.
Carissa is a L1 Nutrition Coach through the Nutritional Coaching Institute, she has a background in Intuitive Eating, and she is a L1 CrossFit Coach.
Through working with hundreds of women over the past few years, Carissa has developed a passion for supporting women 40+. She believes that these women are so powerful and are capable of achieving their wildest dreams!
When Carissa is not coaching you will find her eating Reese’s peanut butter cups, lifting weights at the gym, exploring the outdoors, hanging out with family, or cuddling any dog she can find!
